Mods, please remove thread. Last I checked this is VOLNATION - not COCKNATION OR HUSKYNATION. Thanks!
Sorry, I thought that a game between the top two ranked teams might be interesting to Vol fans, especially if one is a hated rival from years past and a current conference rival.
My bad.
Oh come, it's Women's College Basketball related, and more importantly it is a self-serving mechanism for DoggyDaddy to get more hits to his web site, which in turn increases his potential for monetary benefits, which then he can kick back to the UConn program to help pay student-athletes under the table to play for Geno. But you didn't hear that from me!
I must admit that it was a great game for UCONN . It is clear that it is UCONN and the rest of us. No matter how much we may not like Genno, he has created a program which has to be reckoned with. We can hate all we want but in reality we have to come up to the standards set by UCONN. Genno has taken women's recruitment to the men's level the same way Mulkey is trying to do at Baylor. Instead of hating and low rating UNCONN lets find a way to get where they are. LV had better get on the train or they will start to fall farther and farther behind. Think of the many coaches who visited Pat when she was at the top of her game, maybe a trip to Storrs is in order for our coaching staff.I haven't made a penny on my blog. But I do sell pocketbooks in the UConn Campus Store.
