Faber went into the season saying that he didn't mind CMG. This season is probably going to be good.

My biggest problem with him is he got the belt because Aldo got hurt and takes it from #2 on short notice, yet he walks into TUF carrying the belt on his shoulder. Has a coach ever done that?

If he beats Aldo, Edgar, or Mendes (full training) i'll have a lot more respect for him. He's champ on 2 technicalities.

Holloway is another tough fight for him. He will give him a much better fight if and when they fight again. Holloway is a much more complete fighter than their first match.

Yeah, Hall. From what little striking we saw, he threw some decent shots and he took a good shot to the chin.

His BJJ is unreal. The way he got that leg...you can't stop that if you haven't seen it. Can't wait to see what else he has in his bag of tricks.

For anyone that cares, Bellator has a semi interesting card Saturday. A 4 man LHW tourney which Phil Davis, and King Mo are in. Josh Thomson has a fight as does Paul Daley, both guys always fun. Plus my dude Liam McGeary is fighting Tito...not interesting but McGeary is fun to watch.

Doesn't sound like a bad card at all.

I think TUF putting up-to-date content on youtube for free is a new thing:

Listened to the whole interview. I am very impressed by Faber. He is gonna do big things as a coach/promoter. He seemes to do smart business and he has a great approach/attitude. He is not the most well-spoken guy. He repeated himself so much.

Wow, Connor is such a douche. Anybody catch the ep of TUF? He was screaming "*****" and "b*****" at his fighter while he was losing. Then rubbed salt in the wounds in the locker room.

The guy deserved it, he basically let the other guy pummel him for two consecutive rounds. He may have had a chance if he would've listened to Conor. Your coach tells you to stand and fight because your winning the exchanges and the first thing you do to open the next round is a piss poor shoot? He continually pulled guard against a bigger, stronger opponent, it was stupid.

I like Faber.

Deserves it? He made bad choices in the fight and he deserves to be shamed and disrespected while the fight is still going by his coach? It's fine to yell at him, but he definitely crossed the line and looked like a fool.

I don't think Conor watched that tonight and liked what he saw

I mean, Conor specifically told him he needed to stand and fight and he didn't listen, at all. And he got pummeled. Then he told him again before the third round and he comes out and tries to shoot. It wasn't just Conor, other guys on their team were pissed too, the guy basically gave up. He'd been better off not coming out for the third round.

This may be their only shot to make it into the UFC and that guy basically pissed away his opportunity. He didn't seem to want it and I think that's what really made Conor mad.

This. You could tell after the second round ended that he was beat mentally.
