They tried to open one of those in the city I am in now, and it went about as everyone would expect. Needles everywhere, including in the children's playground across the street, the businesses nearby were constantly vandalized, people passed out all around it. But I guess for the short while it was open the drug addicts, criminals, and vandals were all good!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m open to different forms of dealing with this issue, but is putting in a race track really a good way to diminish reckless driving practices?
Seriously, I do understand that this is meant to be a constructive teaching method, and I truly hope that turns into a helpful and positive initiative, I just find it comical and honestly ironic that we are building a Mini-Racetrack!!!
