I go to UGA and I continue to hear talk about Richt putting together a dream team. The last time I checked the only dream team played in Barcelona in '92. I guess what I'm trying to ask is can anyone enlighten me on what they're talking about. I've tried using our '07 recruiting class as an example of how not to count your chickens before they hatch, and have said several times get more wins than arrests and then talk, but they simply respond with "You're just jealous Richt's putting together a dream team". Does anyone know what these delusional fans are talking about?

Unless they add about 7 more highly regarded recruits, I'm not sure how anything they have going constitutes a 'dream team.'

It's called a coach on the hot seat... trying to make people feel the program is in better shape than it actually is.

I'm sure all the big names will jump at the chance to work with a lame duck coach.

UGA's schedule is certainly favorable. Drop Arkansas, catch SC, The Barn, and Miss State at home. Still have UF in Jax. UT in Knox will be tough.

I don't get why some are acting like Richt is doing something amazing. These commits are all Georgia natives. They're supposed to go to UGA!? All Richt is doing is what he has always done in recruiting . . . Let the G on the helmet do the work in one of the most talent rich states.

You know, half the time he can't even manage that.

Frankly this "Dream Team" reaks of PR maneuvering so much, I would not be surprised to find out if they had all been silent commits from the get go.

I wonder how Richt and his football studies are coming along? I hope he is being studious and not partying too much.

Georgia's almost as easy to recruit to as Texas. They're not doing anything this year that they don't always do.
