UGLY UGLY Game

People don't like excuses, but it seems that we seldom play well when we travel up that way. It certainly doesn't help that we get corrupt officiating.

I think it must feel like they are in a foreign country, and they have trouble adjusting. I mean, normally we should be able to find someone who is having a good shooting night, but when you have 10 players who can't hit the broad side of the barn, you know something abnormal is going on.

Could be a learning curve for the team to improve on for the rest of the season.

I totally agree, this very young team will develop maturity as season progresses. Still a great team!
Not sure I'd call a team that starts a freshman, A super sr, a sr, 2 jrs and 2 Jrs off the bench very young.

First year players had more than 50% of the minutes versus TN Tech (11 point win). Over 36% of the Tx Tech minutes. 44% of the Colorado minutes.
I guess your definition of very young is different than mine. Grant's first season I think would be considered very young. Our 9 man rotaion is 5 Jrs and Srs a soph and 3 freshemen.

The sophomore played the last of 10x 2020-21 games on 1/2/21 and is learning a new system this season. 5 of the 1st 12 are freshman plus that sophomore. Half of the regulars very young. The 13th and 14th are also freshmen. You should be able to understand that.
