From what I have read in news reports, I do have concerns about this legislation.
so he hasn't actually read what he's commenting on.

And you throwing it at the feet of the TP? Stupid

As far as the blog goes, the last part, about actually fixing the problem instead of passing amnesty trash, was my favorite.

Already getting criticized as motivated by his own Hispanic heritage. TPers will not like this one bit.

Not sure how Rubio was able to make this comment, what with him not having free speech and all.

Just because Rubio is the "Tea Party" candidate doesn't mean everything he says is gold. Obviously this is one are where the vast majority of TP'ers will disagree with him.

If you read the comments section to the article, people are already jumping on him for what they perceive to be his pandering to the Hispanic community.

By the way, this is what people do with political candidate speak. Maybe you've seen the process.

Let's give it a day or so. See how the TPers respond to his statement.

I'm surprised the TPers aren't up in arms about the provision in the bill that makes it trespassing for an illegal to be on a person's property. This is a far departure from individual freedom with respect to what a person can do on his/her own property. Now the owner’s permission is irrelevant, and trespassing is redefined as being present on private property without the government’s permission. ...........Don't know why I went on this rant, just throwing it out there I guess.

Unlike Democrat voters we don't have to agree with every candidate on every issue.

Surely you don't believe that the Democratic party is more unified on issues than the Republican party is.

If you do, you haven't been paying attention for the past 60 years.

I haven't been paying attention for 60 years, but in the little time I have been, I've determined that you just make stuff up.

All Dems are the same and you all are in lock step with the party, which is becoming more radical and extreme by the day.
