Should be interesting all around the court tonight. Cousins has been bullying most of his defenders all season. And Ole Miss does a little bit of their own bullying themselves. Chris Warren will probably have the game of his life tonight.

Should be fun. I hope Warren don't get too jacked and overplay trying to compete with Wall.

Wall played quite well tonight. Good win for the Cats. They still don't have that "killer instinct" that great teams have.

Nope. If I'm not mistaken, we had leads of 18, 16, 15, 12 erased to single digits 5 different times. Its like they go on a little run, and somehow decide they can cruise and play for fun at that point. Thats fine in the SEC, but it will bite us in the tourney where momentum is everything.

However, I thought they played a pretty complete game tonight. lots of contributions from several people. Calipari brought up an interesting point in the post game. Ole Miss had 37 points in the 1st half, and 27 of them were off our turnovers or offensive rebounds. Which is why team after team continues to stay in the game when we should be on cruise control.

Also, I was at the game tonight and it reminded once again how unrealistic (and basketball illiterate) SOME of our fanbase are. I heard some comments that I could do nothing more than just laugh hysterically to myself. Passion does not always equal knowledge. lol

Good game overall.

I saw some stats the other day that compared this team with the wicked 1996 team that won a NC. Basically, they were neck-and-neck, except for margin of victory. If UK could only learn how to put other teams away....

Yeah. Upperclassmen versus a team full of freshmen with ADD. lol

I didn't think either team played very well last night, especially in the first half. They were both sloppy with the ball and made a ton of unforced errors, missed shots around the rim, and demonstrated generally unorganized play.

The difference is that Kentucky, even when not playing well, is talented enough to still be very, very good.

I'd be worried about that in March.
