It's awfully hard to forget the leading shot-blocker in the country. Jarvis is currently a point away from a triple-double performance. Patterson, on the other hand, has only grabbed 3 rebounds tonight.

They seem to wonder why people get really excited about beating them while they're down...It's called venting out years of frustration.

I would rather them be at full strength though. Jasper and Meeks were out again. But, they're not the first team to have to deal with injury issues.

Unfortunately, our second meeting with Kentucky is in Knoxville. The Big Blue Mist will have to endure a Tennessee sweeping this year.

neither team looked all that great to me. lots of lazy passes, and sloppy play in the half court. MSU's inside defense is a difference maker, neither one appeared to have someone that can put a game on their shoulders though.

and was it just me or did Billy Clyde start to look really nervous? there was a point during the game where he honesly looked like he had no idea what to do.....

credit KY for making it interesting, credit MSU for finishing down the stretch when it absolutely had to.

but i didn't see anything other than varondo (sp?) on either team that made me say "wow".
