With all these rumors I guess it'd only be fitting to give some projections

00-McDowell
01-Smith
07-Bowyer
1-Sorenson
2-Ku. Busch
5-Martin
6-Ragan
7-R. Gordon
8-Almirola
9-Kahne
10-Carpentier
11-Hamlin
12-Truex(swap he and Reed if DEI rededicates their Busch program next year with Earnhardt and Bayne jumping on board a revamped Busch program and better testing will be the only way he stays at DEI)
15-Menard(oh the advantages of having a wealthy dad who's close friends with the owner)
16-Biff
17-Kenseth
18-Busch
19-Sadler
20-Logano
21-Ambrose(if they bring the 47 team to cup I'll say we'll see the same characters rotating through this ride again)
22-Blaney
24-Gordon
26-Jamie Mac? Darnell? Braun?
28-Kvapil
29-Happy
31-Burton
33-Mears(brings sponsorship Wimmer doesn't)
38-Gilligan
40-Dario(he'll be replaced midseason)
41-MacMurray
42-Pablo Wrecko
43-Labonte
45-McCumbee
48-JJ
49-Petty
55-Mr. Advertisement
66-Stewart
70-Newman
77-Hornish
78-Joe Suchacheck
83-Vickers
84-Allmendinger(I'd be willing to bet quite a bit that they move Scott Speed to this ride)
96-Coleman(if he could have only been patient; moving to HOF was career suicide)
99-Edwards

Things to keep in mind
1.Brad K
2.Scott Speed
3.Brad Coleman
4.Josh Wise
5.Landon Cassel
6.Ricky Stenhouse
7.James Buescher
8.Bobby Santos
9.Marc Davis
10.Matt Hawkins

These 10 names may be some hot topics by this time next year

Another thing may be Jr Motorsports. I don't think he should move up to Cup this quick, but with Hendrick backing and more money involved and listening to Jr's recent interviews about it you can't completely rule it out. Here's something from way out in left field, but maybe he and Stewart hook up for a Haas/Stewart/Jr/CNC 4 car team within the upcomming years while both drive for Hendrick. Unlikely, but something that I'd certainly love to see happen

i don't know it they'll make it below 43 by the end on this year, but i wouldn't be surprised to see it next year. things are about to go on the downswing for a lot people. i'm not sure what the impact on the bigger teams will be, but i'm curious to see.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Wood Brothers out by the end of the year. If Kyle does indeed leave the 45, I won't see them making it through a good part of next year. McCumbee and Terry Labonte's PCP isn't the the answer to that team. RYR has been great with what they've had to work with this year, but I think they'll have to cut to at least 1 team by the beginning of next season at the latest.

Don't forget that Petty has sold majority interest to Boston Ventures, and should be ok for a while. Yates is in dire need of an investment partner as well, but doesn't have as much to offer as Petty, Evernham, or some others. The Wood brothers may be beyond rescue, and I wonder how R. Gordon can hang on very long. As I posted before this season started, it will not be long before there are only 12 team owners left.

It's going to end up being (as it almost already is) that the only way to compete for a championship is to have 4 car teams. The insight and resources between 4 drivers is the way to go in my mind

"We love our relationship with Tony," said Old Spice representative Jay Gooch. "I'm not going to speculate on what that future holds."

I want to know if anyone really thinks Tony Wears this stuff? Can you imagine him putting that on and then getting into a racecar that heats up to 130+ ?

people have been saying that the Aflac/Edwards sponsorship deal may be the biggest in NASCAR yet.

So I guess this means Edwards will have a duck on his hood and start hocking crappy insurance products that nobody needs.
