GW's RPI isn't that hot and Tennessee beat Texas. Gonzaga should be our biggest comp for a 1 seed out of those 3.

it ends up like this a lot. each tournament winner gets a no. 1 seed: big east, acc, sec, etc. texas losing to UT hurts them a lot and the pac-10 doesnt have a real no. 1 seed.

there's still alot of bball to be played....and i think for UT to "hang on" to a no. 1 seed, we'd have to win out and win the SEC tourney....UConn/Nova game is still looming....the winner of that game, has a leg up, but if it's a close game and they split with each other, and maybe play each other again in the Big EAst final....could see both of them getting no. 1 seeds. Duke is probably a lock, no matter what...i don't see them losing a reg season game, could get upset in the ACC tourney, but not likely.

TX and Mem both still have cases to make.

I see us as 2 seed when it's all said and done.

I think Tennessee beats Villanova head to head. They have almost lost several games.

I didn't realize that if Tennessee wins out they are Champions of the SEC!

we've almost lost several games too...the point is they didn't...Nova is good, they play a lot like we do...ver scrappy bunch that doesn't give up.....and i'd have to think just on talent alone, they're probably a bit better than we are.

let's not get out of hand here....we're having a great season, and it's a season to remember, but we really haven't "done" anything yet o/t get a buy in the SEC tourney. I dont' think we're a final four team, but at this point if we some how get in the sweet 16, anything can happen. but the kind of play you'll need in the NCAA to advance and against the competition we'll face, it'll be a whole new ball game.

let's just enjoy this, and not worry about comparing us to the Nova's of the world....enjoy it, it could end a lot sooner than we all think.

Lets please all try to remember that Arkansas, Kentucky, and Vandy is a tough three game stretch. There is work that is not yet done. Focus should be on the here and now. Or rather the Razorbacks and tomorrow...

That bracket really does look cool! But focus,focus,focus....

there's a few other teams in the SEC that would beg to differ...i agree with OWH....we still have to play Ark tomorrow....
