New Zealand Food Control « Natural Remedies Matter

The God-given human right to freely cultivate food is under attack in New Zealand (NZ) as special interest groups and others are currently attempting to push a “food security” bill through the nation’s parliament that will strip individuals of their right to grow food, save seeds, and even share the fruits of their labor with friends and family members.

In accordance with the World Trade Organization’s (WTO) Codex Alimentarius scheme for global food control, the NZ Food Bill, if passed, will essentially transfer primary control of food from individuals to corporations under the guise of food safety. And unless massive public outcry and awakened consciences within the NZ government are able to put a stop to it, the bill could become law very soon.

Natural Remedies Matter

In January of 2011, President Obama signed the Food Safety Modernization Act S510 into law. This unconstitutional legislation would grant the U.S. government new authority over the public’s right to grow; trade and transport any foods. It would give Big Brother the power to regulate the tomato plants in your backyard. It would criminalize the transporting of organic produce if you don’t comply with the authoritarian rules of the federal government. On the flip side, big corporations selling Genetically Mortified (GM) crops will have an upper hand to pollute our foods.

I'm no farmer, but I've heard that Monsanto and/or Con-Agra essentially do the same thing here in The States with re: to our farmers. They have to buy a certain seed from one of those companies whenever they plant.

This may be a total fabrication or I may have misunderstood what was said, but I think we have similar seed controls here already.

Did you know that if you have a food supply that would last you more than seven days the dept of homeland security considers you a potential terrorist?

Alert: Federal Agents Demand Customer Lists From Mormon Food Storage Facility

Oath Keepers has learned that federal agents recently visited a Latter Day Saints (Mormon) Church food storage cannery in Tennessee, demanding customer lists, wanting to know the identity of Americans who are purchasing food storage from the Mormons.

This incident was confirmed, in person, by Oath Keepers Tennessee Chapter President, Rand Cardwell. Here is Rand’s report:
-----------------------

So on the one hand, government agencies both state and federal are urging you to be prepared and even checking up on you to see how prepared you are, and on the other hand, we now have federal agencies that are attempting to gather information on individuals that are following FEMA suggestions. What is the reasoning behind gathering this information?
---------------------

So why do federal agents want to know who is storing away long-term food storage? We suspect it is for the following reasons:

FWIW, there are sites on google that claim the item about the Mormon cannery are a hoax but I think I'll believe the Oath Keepers, they have a record of integrity.

IMO the 'food safety' bill congress passed recently had nothing to do with food safety, it has more to do with outlawing small time food producers in favor of the large corps.

you are correct. farmers can buy from whatever company they want. but control over the seeds is extremely strict.

Farmers here can buy whatever they want but Monsanto and conagra basically dictate federal policy and have the ability to run out anyone who tries to farm on a large scale without buying their products and playing by their rules.

Sort of like a modern day hi-tech elimination of the kulaks?

I'm thinking the commie mastermind Soros is owner of the third largest food company behind Monsant and Siemens.
