Surely not. They were supposed to follow us until the Auburn game...and that's our next game.

You'd think they'd follow us more than two games.

I'm not totally sure, though.

I saw the last one on ESPN as well.Someone was still making sarcastic overtones in the background.Still yet. UT may play with more determination without much recognition.(i.e. 2005 football season).

Bottom line, the biggest problem is our lack of TV coverage. It's a shame, but I don't blame anyone for not wanting to show our games this year. Thanks Buzz.

Yeah we will. I just hope that we can play well in the tourney. It would be shame to have this great season and not perform in the tourney.

At least some people got a look at us in the UK game.

Back to the original point of the thread...lack of highlights aside, ESPN has givne Pearl and the Vols alot of airtime recently. More than I would expect, honestly.

I agree, and the highlights they had were terrible. I really felt bad they were showing them. They made a comment that the UT highlights were courtesy of the mini-me cam and it looked like some kid was filming from the front row. I have a feeling we'll get our wish and see the Vols on TV many times next season.

You really can't compare GW and UT this season. While they have had a great season in terms of record, they haven't played anyone. As of last night they were #38 in the RPI and their SOS was around #225.

Well. . . .first off, I agree, the "highlights" were awful. BUT, that might be due to the lack of TV coverage. Maybe all they had were from the UGA clips?

However, ESPN has given us some props. Pearl had like 5 minutes on PTI the other day. He seems to have become a bit of a "media darling." Just what the doctor ordered. Look for a MUCH more pleasant TV schedule next season!
