If Branden Smith is announcing in the fourth then I highly doubt he is going to Georgia because he has to be aware of Garner's situation.

Remember though the game is at 8. Garner said he would know by mid day today. So he could hear where garner is going then commit. Just saying it would be nice if the Garner news comes early.
