uniform discussion on gameday

Uniforms are way to conforming for the independant thinker. Players should be able to wear whatever they want on the field.

On Maryland's uniforms...

"It looks like it was designed by some of the people here in their present state"

That made me laugh.

I know a lot of people are big on tradition & get mad if you mention anything else besides orange & white. To be honest, I dont care what color we wear. All I care about is the results on the field.

Those Arizona State uniforms aren't even in their colors (the black ones with half the numbers yellow and the other half white)

Apparently da'rick thinks they suck

Fortunately for me, I could care less what Da'rick thinks.

If your argument is that recruits care about uniforms, you shouldn't have chosen someone who currently plays for the team. Didn't stop him from coming to Tennessee

That was a good segment on Gameday, I think the players like the uniform changes and I agree it could be used as a recruitment tool. Like they said look good, feel good, play good. I would like to see Tennessee mix it up a little.

Are you kidding? It's a huge factor. Look how badly recruiting has suffered recently for Bama, AU, Texas, OU, Penn St, USC, and UT.

So teams like Maryland and Arizona State are saying, "No, we aren't on a championship level, and no, you might not see immediate playing time, but... but look at these snazzy jerseys."

Interesting.

Tampa used to have orange and white colors similar to UT.
Then they changed them to their current colors.
