I'm all for this. The shollie limits are ridiculous, and Title IX is a joke.

The AA is nearly impotent now...this would quadruple their work load.

Actually, it would take some of the weight off. The clearinghouse would still be in place, but they wouldn't have to keep track of nearly as many scholarshipped athletes in the non-revenue sports.
