I'm not yet convinced that the problem is Hart. I think we all aren't fairly looking at the challenges that our football program faces in the coming year/years, and it is those challenges that are keeping other coaches from leaving what they have for what we have.

Getting a coach to come here in 2007/2009 is a lot different compared to what we have to offer in 2012. Yes, fans are hungry, boosters are hungry, and local businesses are hungry. But, the kind of coach we want isn't ready to leave potential success for potential failure.

I love my alma mater and I love UT football, but whomever is chosen to step in here is not walking into a program stocked with vast potential like we once had - we're still rebuilding.
