UNTIMELY "INJURY BUG"

First: Hendon Hooker - during our Football Season.....

And Now: Zakai Zeigler - during our Basketball Season.....

These losses REALLY HURT! -- From a "talent" stand-point; to "team chemistry"; and even basic "morale".

It SUCKS when these things happen. ---Especially "WHEN" they happen!

Don't get me wrong. --- I care for them as the great individuals that they are --- And wish them ALL THE BEST in recovery. But, it couldn't have happened at a WORSE time of the year / season....

Both in the second to last game of the regular season. Heartbreaking for these guys.

An injury is the worst part of sports, no matter the timing. But, at least Zakai got to play 30 games with his brothers this season instead of say, 2 or 3 games. In the long run, that’s a blessing for he and his brothers. Probably the best way to look at it. Prayers for ZZ.
