Miami Herald story today: Many UM fans hope Miami Northwestern junior quarterback Teddy Bridgewater enrolls in 2011 and succeeds Northwestern alumni QB Jacory Harris when Harris graduates.

Bridgewater said following Harris at UM is appealing but has no ideal if he will go to UM. For now "I want to play receiver" in college, he said. "Receiver is the first position I played". "Miami wants me as a quarterback" "Georgia was the front runner, but I have no front runner now". "Just because (Northwestern alumni at UM) wants me at Miami doesn't mean I have to and They won't impact my decision".

We'll I guess if the Vols get him it will have to be as a WR and not a QB but honestly I think WR is his natural position in college and the position that he has the most upside! Go Vols!!

Bridgewater reminds me alot of another HS QB turned WR we know...Marsalis Teague. Smart call Teddy...finally a kid that understands being the next Tebow in college doesn't translate to finding steady work in the pros.

A lot more like Russell Shepard or Tyrik Rollison, IMO...

Teddy if like 6'2 or 6'3, I think. Teague is about 5'10.

Teddy is a LEGIT QB. none of thsi Tebow Crap. he's not someone just dropping back to run the ball or running Wildcat.

he's at minimum top 5 prospect QB prospect in 2011

*edit
there is absolutely no way Teddy can remind anyone of Teague in HS.
theres no way you have seen Bridgewater play QB. that guy is as legit a passer as there is in the 2011 class. He just happens to be a great athlete to go along with his passing skills.
