Been a LONG time since seeing these types of #s...

NOW...we just need some (meaningful) Ws!

Keep in mind that Worley's numbers include a bye week vs some of the other players who have played 5 GMs to his 4. Also, he's not had Pearson in 2 games and Smith in one..... and he's obviously been under great duress all season long.

Similarly, Hurd has put up really good numbers behind that porous line with few holes to run through.

Sutton and AJ are all SEC/all American type players and JRM is headed quickly in that direction.

I'm also pretty happy that we're 4th in the nation for Penalties
16 total for 27.5 yards/gm

How does Bo Wallace have a 171. QB rating? He has 11 tds. and 6 picks. Do interceptions not count against you? Anyway you can tell by the numbers that we are much improved this year and unlike the past getting better.

This could get interesting:

10. Jalen Hurd, RB 328 72 4.6 43 2
11. Leonard Fournette, RB 322 56 5.8 40 4

Kenny Hill's numbers are ridiculous. I too think Worley and Hurd have room to move up. Sutton int numbers should be fun to watch moving forward. Kid is a glove.

Not trying to be negative, but our 1st and 2nd down numbers must not as good.

You correct they aren't as good but we are still 24th in the country on first down defense. Also we are 20th in tackles for a loss, 28th in Pass Defense.

not sure on the 2nd down numbers

Keep in mind the competition that he has faced thus far as well. Not many if any SEC teams have played a top 5 and a top 15 team yet this season.

And he has a brand new O line that's allowed the most sacks this year in the SEC

Here's a stat:

UT offensive line: all new starters. Trash so far.

LSU offensive line: I'd take them in the blink of an eye.

I cant wait to see Hurd behind a good line.

2012 Really wasn't that long ago.

(Bray 2nd in yards/ game, 1st in TDs/game; Neal 11th in rushing yards per game; AJ 1st in tackles/game)
