So I guess Bret Smith will play, Who do you think will get more of a look at 3rd WR him or Rogers. Rogers did pretty well last game. Smith did not do to much vs Cal

I definitely think Smith is the more talented of the two, but like you said Rogers was fairly productive against Air Force. I think we start Rogers this Saturday, but Smith will see plenty of playing time. Smith will be the starter, but I just want to make sure he is 100%.

You know, I think Austin deserves to play more. Against AF, he was in the right spot a lot of times. Kinda blends in with the secondary and finds the open spot. I think he deserves more of a starting roll.

In the same quote you said that you think we will start Rogers and then you said that Smith will be the starter. Which one is it?

I think Austin has earned himself the 3 spot. Bret might not even be 100%.

Just read on another board re Arian F. Apparently, CPF had a Tues news conference (can't locate the text). Poster said CPF reported Arian F. is 50-50 for the Fla Game.

I read an article that said R. Foster was a backup. Is that true? I thought he was a starter.

Just read where Hardesty is projected to get most of the carries in the UF game.

That's actually kinda scary. I hope he can hold up. He looked awfully winded in the 4th against AF.

Yeah, Hardesty is definitely still a work in a progress. He hasn't played in many college games yet. Having said that, I'm excited about what little I've seen of him so far.

Arian might play some, who knows. I guess there's an outside chance that we'll see Coker if his ball handling and pass blocking have improved any.

I love watching Brett Smith play against the Gators. If he wasn't so surprised and didn't slow down in the Florida game his freshman year, he would have had a TD in every game he's ever played in against Florida.

"we start Rogers this Saturday" - that one is present tense

"Smith will be the starter" - that one is future

Meaning, we start Rogers this Saturday, but when Smith is healthy in a couple weeks, he will be the starter then

R Foster and A Foster both have left ankle sprains. Fulmer said they both are expected to play vs Florida.
