...Oliver Springs Terminal Sucks!

My wife has been a member of the MY UPS system for over two years now, and UPS is still getting it wrong.

What really grinds my gears is the fact that there is absolutely no way to contact this company to file a complaint. Yeah, I know there is a "Contact Us" on their website. Try it sometime. I have. It doesn't!

We have had several shipments from FEDEX and have NEVER had a problem with them.

Wish that FEDEX was an option with all companies we purchase from. I'd be happy paying an exta fee for it without hesitation.

In summary; UPS SUCKS! FEDEX GOOD!

There's really not a lot of difference overall. Both suck at times

Probably so. I consider my self to be level headed, tolerant, and most uderstanding, even tempered person I know. However, when UPS (driver) out right lies about being unable to deliver, that burns me to no end!

His company deserves to be notified.

Sorry about the rant.

I don't order much online my wife handles anything like that. Do you have a choice, or its just the company you order from? I know some of her medicine comes through the mail and its usually ups. Most other stuff is fedex. Just saw a fedex go through the neighborhood when I checked on my fire.

It's the companies we order from. Most use UPS, I'm sure, for economical and coverage reasons.

If I had to rely on UPS for meds, I'd lose my mind.

One of her shots comes once a month, and some other medicine. We do get that shot in a Styrofoam cooler (heavy duty about 1 foot by 1 foot) filled with ice packs. I've saved a couple to take to Florida for my bait!

Hint: Not FEDEX.

Other than one hickup when I first moved here with UPS, they've been phenomenal here in Va Beach. So has FedEx. And the USPS. I use Amazon Prime for almost everything except groceries and they're always spot on. Even beat teh Amazon Prime delivery dates regularly. Never an issue with package condition either.

I ordered a jacket from Sierra Trading Post on 12/31 and it was picked up by UPS on 1/2. Still no update or ETA. Kinda pissed off.

just a weird observation though that sort of fits in here. The gyroscope on my phone went defective, so Verizon shipped me a refurbished replacement via FedEx. The prepaid return was through UPS. I personally found that odd.

Also worth noting, that Verizon's refurbed replacement came with a non working SIM Card reader. So said replacement got shipped off via UPS, FedEx delivered a new refurb replacement and original broken phone got shipped back via UPS. Thanks Verizon.

Many packages delivered by UPS are prepaid returned by USPS.

At one time FedEx had a co op working relationship with the USPS. I might have misunderstood this when it was explained to me, but now UPS has that agreement with the USPS.

Fed-Ex and UPS are merging.

Renamed to Fed-Up.

Have to say though, the only issues I've had lately are with the Fedex smartpost packages. Starts with fed-ex and ends up (hopefully) delivered by USPS.

Finally. Packages arrived - Burgers still frozen. Shocked/Happy! :)

Joe, you are correct. This cooler would hold bait quite well.
