Once again, Team USA goes down on the world stage. Our basketball team, loaded with LeBron, Carmello, Dwayne Wade, and Chris Bosh lost to Greece...
If we are going to lose with NBA All Stars, then we might as well turn Team USA back into a college team.

I don't know why this would surprise anybody though. International basketball is a completely different game and we just have not adapted well to it while the rest of the world has improved at it.

Well International ball the zone is used a lot. In hs games zone defenses were the norm, then in college a lot of people would run man, then u'd get those few teams who would run zone. o that sucked

So, basically, what you are saying is that American basketball players do not know how to pass the ball...
Maybe that is because the NBA is just 5 games of one-on-one occurring simultaneously on the same court.

ya i'm saying the nba players don't know how to pass or play against the zone. since its not allowed in the nba they aren't accustomed to it. to b honest i hate watchin the nba, i use to love to watch the Kings play cause they would pass the ball n play a team game. now you can see that with the suns the most. teams like the lakers, t-wolves, and others i can't stand. its a one man show, lets see how much i can get in today's game. then they wonder y they don't win

I'd say that's fairly accurate. Everybody wants to breakdown defenders and go to the rim. Shooting and passing are lost arts. NOBODY has a mid-range game anymore.

that's why international ball is much better than the nba. now if u wanna go watch a bunch of over paid show offs then go watch nba. now if u want to watch some good team ball u get excited when international play gets started, or u watch some college ball, like a bruce pearl team, or even a west virginia team.
