Yep it's been around for a while, to my knowledge this is the first it has been given a number/name designation.

I suppose they are trying to keep it low profile these days with the economy what it is and all.

You know the first thing they are going to hear is, hey how much does that scooter cost and there's getting to be more and more people around that actually have enough money to buy one.

Boeing and Northrop Grumman also have designs for unmanned flying wing concepts:
