Not this again. This has been explained about a thousand times.

Kiffin is sneaky smart. He back counted about 8-9 schollies to last year's class and is "appealing" the scholarship limit so the limit is not put into effect until the appeal is ruled on by the review board.

It is a house of cards. It is the same as taking one visa card and putting it on your mastercard. It only works so long, then you must pay up or go broke.

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but on ESPNU it shows a large number of those guys in that class as still being commits and have not actually signed a LOI

The question is why would anyone commit to those goofballs knowing the sanctions will stand. They may lighten lightly but only by 1 or 2 schollys.
