What happened?

USC dlineman was approaching the UW QB. The QB threw it basically right into the body of the defender, forward, hits ground. Incomplete. Oh no, the let USC pick it up and run it back like 60 yards for a TD. They reviewed the play and determined it incomplete. If you see the replay you'll wonder why they let the play go. It was clear as day an incomplete pass. Like Boston said, just a big waste of time.
