Fair Warning:
X will be asking commitments that were either once committed to UT or leaning to stay silent until NSD. They wouldn't want any more problems from UT until they have to. And once they sign with USC there's nothing we can do.

Just like last year's Nu'Keese situation... lie to everyone, hide the fax and fax it from somewhere else so no one can get in your way...

And to think I actually thought X was going to be good for UT. Boy am I embarrassed.

I think that he will go after Markeith but he has bigger fish to fry. They have different needs than UT so he will be going after the same guys he was trying to close with, like Riley, Christian Jones, and Lemonier. I think the majority of this class is safe.

We've got 16 players left I believe. More than half are already enrolled in TN and are back in class today (from what I've heard) and the players that arent they're yet like Smith wouldn't go for that in my opinion. I believe what we have left is what we keep. I think we lose Thompkins and that's it. I also think we get Ambles back. Just my opinion but I believe we still finish top 10 with some big suprise committments coming from the state of Texas.

I wouldn't put anything past the snake...but who would this include?

The only commits right now who aren't EE's and already tied into UT are Fulton, Pair, Brown, Copeland, Williams, Palardy and M. Dixon...who in that bunch is going to jump ship on signing day?

The only one I could really see doing that is Brown...but he has stated he wants to stay somewhat close to his hometown in Florida...

Copeland's a possibility...but he came out immediately...well before Dooley was hired...and said he's all Vol...

Palardy is similar to Copeland in that he came out well before Dooley was hired and said he's all Vol...

I just don't think Fulton, Pair, Williams or Dixon are on USC's radar...so who does this leave? Ambles? As of now he's not committed to anyone so he's pretty much fair game...

Again, I don't doubt for one second that the douchebag/snake/liar/ woud try to do this...I just don't think there's anyone on our current commit list that he can do it with

It would be great to see all four of these guys with a UT hat and a USC hat. Then put on the UT hat and say "F Lane Kiffin". That would be cool.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit if we get screwed on the Ambles situation and he goes to USC.

How many scholarships does USC have to play with? I haven't followed them closely, but I recall hearing one of the talking heads on ESPN or somewhere talk about how they were limited to a small class this year. That doesn't mean they won't take some, but how many spots do they have left to fill?

That's kinda what i was thinking.

That would be real smart. Go to a school that has already got two 5 star committs at wide receiver/athlete. That would not be smart to share time with Prater and Woods. It's Tennessee, UNC, or Auburn in my opinion.
