I am looking at the Govolsxtra thread and it says 23rd. Minor detail. The exhibition loss should have no bearing on the ranking. I supose the voters have it in the back of their minds.

I agree in theory, but we're asking for opinions about team quality too early for anyone to really have a viable opinion.

the article says 24th, the title says 23rd. It is 24th.

As a Tiger fan I always view it "as long as we are ranked then our name scrolls on the ESPN ticker." That might not seem like much but it does to a bunch of people watching ESPN around the country and they get to see your score.

If we can play well in both games, and get 1 win between Pitt and Villanova(assuming we get to play Nova) we will be looking real good by mid December.
