9-16-06 will be the 34th anniversary of Tennessee's first night game, I believe. We played Penn State on 9-16-72 under lights for the first time.

My thoughts exactly! There seems to be a pretty good UT recrutiing buzz ever since the UT/Cal game.

Recruiting is directly related to success. I'm sure if you look at it our best classes come after our best seasons. what decent offensive player would have wanted to come here after last year? But now....if we keep playing this way...I think we'll end up with a class like Florida had last year.

If the Vols can put together a 10 and 2 season, they should get some ofthe 5 star players who are left on the board.

They need some star talent.

haven't we always been able to land good O-line recruits? They are a little different then WRs or OBs, whether we are run or pass heavy, they still need to be in there blocking

Yes.Well seems year in and year out (normally) we get our fair share of top tier players in all areas.

Anyone know when or if Marvin Austin is going to K'ville? That guy has to be the prize of this year's class.
