How much were season tickets for men's basketball for this season 2011-12? Trying to decide if I should get season tickets for next year.

I already donate so I get football tickets.

for lowers you do

for uppers you dont
Edit: donations described below are annual in order to keep your tickets.

You have to make a donation for uppers and lowers. I believe it is a 250/seat donation in the uppers Sidecourt plus the 160ish/seat for the tickets. I think the uppers on the baseline are 50/seat plus tickets. You can get closer seats in football with a smaller donation than basketball. 200 level behind the goal is 1250/seat. Not sure what sidecourt 200's are except to say it is more. Lower level is ridiculous. 5000/seat plus tickets. Sidecourt lowers will set you back 25k (for the pair) payable over 5 years plus 10k annually for the pair...plus tickets. It can all be found on utsports.com under the Tennessee Fund. Hope that helps.

Hmmm. I know it's not new. I've had season tickets for the last 6 years and always had to give a donation. Check out the TN fund page. It will show you how much you have to donate in order to sit in desired sections. Shows football the same way. Props to you if you got around it!

Edit: there is a chance they might have eliminated the upper level donation this year because of demand. I can only go by what I had to pay each year and what that website says.

im not sure where you get your info or tickets but its wrong.

i just went to UT's website...

upper level sideline, depending on row do not require a donation of any kind. the price is around $160

upper level sideline on the lower rows require a $250 donation, and price of tickets are around $160.

upper level endzone tickets no matter what row do not require any sort of donation, and tickets are same price.

the 200 level is a $1250 donation.

the lower level endzone are a $1250 donation.

the lower level corners are a $2500 donation.

as i said though originally, you can sit upper deck for around $160 a year. not all tickets require donations.

i just went and looked it all up and posted it above. 2 years ago i never paid a donation, the people i know this year dont, and peolpe who sit in certain areas in the upper deck next year wont.

Cool, I could be wrong. My bad if so.

as i said i knew lower levels required a donation, but i knew the seats i had the previous few years didnt.

it all just depends on where you sit, but endzone upper decks and it looks like about 15 rows up or so on the upper sideline dont requrie a donation either.

for those interested.

Tennessee Fund

This, along with the Tennessee fund brochure, is where I got my info from. I haven't seen the info on higher rows not requiring a donation but you would know if you have sat there. My bad bleeding.

It's all good I just didn't want some to get scared away from purchasing if they thought they had to donate.

Uttix.com

That's where I ordered from and it shows all available seats with the donation for each.

True that. CCM said the other day he wants to finish higher than fifth in attendance next year so the more season ticket holders, the better. On the way to New Orleans to cheer on the Vols. GBO! Bringing that trophy back to Knoxville!

Tickets are the same $$ it just depends on your donor level where they're located
