I didn't notice him complaining. I just noticed that he was their team. I was the one who kept yelling at the tall white kid with red hair b/c I was bored.

Dane's dunk was kinda funny! The bench and Coach Pearl razzed him a little during the timeout. The team played sloppy at times. Hopefully they will continue to gel and become more familiar with each other as season progresses. Crews and Chism both had solid outings. Crews missed a few easy under the basket shots but finished with 13pts. Chism stepped out and nailed a couple treys, which was nice. JuJuan had sort of an off night. Wasn't hitting much. Childress looked solid again. Lofton easily scored 19pts. Again, looked like Josh Tabb is continuing to get better every outing. He played solid defense and hit a couple of treys as well.

Good job on the win Vols! Even though they won big, I still think that may have been looking ahead to the trip to New York.

Even though the competition definitely was up to par with the frontline of North Carolina's, who we might match up with on Friday night, I was pleased with the play of both Crews & Chism. Crews' offensive skills seem to be coming along, and Chism looks like he can be a good rebounder. (Chism also hit a couple of 3's.)
