Omarion Fa'amoe has kicked off the spring evaluation period in a big way and could only be starting what could be a fruitful offseason. The class of 2021 defensive lineman from Salt Lake City (Utah) West had a strong showing at the Under Armour Camp Series stop in Northern California earlier this spring, looking quick and explosive off the snap and putting offensive linemen on their heels in one-on-one battles. At 6-foot-2, 255-pound and with some time to continue adding to his frame, the three-star prospect is certainly intriguing and one of the players to track in the Beehive State this coming season.

On the recruiting front, Fa'amoe holds offers from Arizona, Tennessee, Utah and Utah State, and has plans to check out the SEC program this coming summer.

"I’m really grateful for my first offers and they mean a lot because I can further my education," Fa'amoe told 247Sports. "I like Tennessee for all the amazing athletes to come out of their program, like Peyton Manning and Reggie White, and I also like the tough competition they come up against like Alabama and Auburn. I talked briefly on the phone with coach Brian Niedermeyer, the tight ends coach, and I plan to go down to their camp in the summer to check out their facility and the different kids from out of state to see how I stack up."

Fa'amoe is the nation's No. 20-rated weak-side defensive end and No. 4 overall prospect in the state of Utah for the 2021 class, according to the early 247Sports rankings.
