Tennessee scored three times in the bottom of the seventh before freshman Nick Williams and junior Matt Ramsey slammed the door in a 6-4 victory over Ole Miss.

Not the Vols best game of the year on a soggy saturday in Knoxville but they still won the game.
Liles was fantastic in this game with a terrific hit that gave the Vols the lead.
A successful day for the Vols with six stolen bases that increased their total to 59 for the year. They rebounded after 0 bases stolen in Friday's loss.
Saturday continues to be fantastic for the Vols with a 6-1 record.
With the win the Vols are now 2-3 in the SEC, 18-5 overall, and are 3-3 in games where they don't score first.
It was fantastic that the Vols in the 7th got a terrific inning that they needed against a never give up Rebels team.

Also positive news is that because the UG Dawgs could not play the LSU Tigers because of the rain the Vols moved up from last to 5th place, and the UK Wildcats lost again to the Crimson Tide.
Sunday they have a chance to move up again.

Top 8 is all we need to be in at the end of the year for the SEC Tourney. We need to definately take this game today.

Actually, if you are getting the standings from the SEC site make sure you are looking at them correctly. Yes the teams are in order by SEC wins/losses but if teams have the same win/loss record they are simply in alphabetical order-not ranking order!! Make sure to look at the overall percentage as well....as of this morning Tenn is tied for 6th (with Ark) overall out of the 12 SEC teams.

I was talking about the standings in the SEC East division not the SEC Standings overall with both the SEC East, and West.
