I saw on here the other day some thought we were maybe 5 or 6. Tied for 2nd.

As others have stated, though, while UT is still having some players drafted into the NFL, it hasn't produced any stud NFL players in several years (Witten having been the last one). If this trend continues, then UT's recruiting will suffer.

I wondered how long it would take for a "real positive" post.

Are we only allowed to post facts that are pre-approved by you? You posted a fact. I posted another fact.

My thoughts exactly. :banghead: One thing for sure, all the UT NFL players get a fat paycheck though!

So, telling the truth now constitutes being negative?

It said starting NFL rosters? I just flipped through the NFL Rosters by school and hand-counted them, Miami and Florida State were miles ahead of everybody else as far as I can remember. Nobody came within like 10 of them.

Witten left in 2002 . UT had the number one recruiting class prior to this year.IMO, UT's record last year had more to do with recruiting woes this past season as did NFL studs.

This is a hypothesis.

The number of Vols on starting rosters is a fact.

Until the hypothesis is proven, it is not a fact.
