First half-- UT 46, UF 28.

Second half-- UT 50, UF 73.

I just have no faith in this team anymore with the second half meltdowns that have been consistently happening. We keep the throttle up last night, we win by 20. But instead, we had to rely on a missed bucket and free throws to pull out a 6 point lead and win (after giving up a 16-0 run to tie it). I'm just lost on this team completely.

Here's to hoping though. Realistic guess: UT 65, UF 72, 2nd half score drought-- 4:12

UF 61
UT60

Scoring drought is 4:27

UT leads by as many as 8 in the first half, and then history repeats itself.

God, I hope I'm wrong. I'll be there in Section 108 if anybody wants to say Hi.

UT 64 - FL 62

Drought of 4:57

I just hope they don't lose to FL for a third time......although honestly I think they will

I hope that the odds of beating a team you stole at least one win from 3 times is too much for the Gators.

There will be a lapse just like every game, i'm going to say 4 minute scoring drought.

My gut says UF by 6. 74-68 UF

Parsons isn't injured. He score 13 and played 34 minutes in their last game of the regular season against Vandy. Florida, next to Pitt and BYU are the most overrated teams in the country. We outplayed them in Gainesville and should have won the game if we could have hit free throws. Erving Walker got to the line way too many times in that game (partly due to officating) and was automatic. If we can contain him on the perimeter and not give them open looks from 3, then we should be able to win. We should take it at them in the post because they don't have anybody to guard Hopson, which will free up one of our post players when they have to bring a defender from the post to have to help one of our their perimeter players.

Tobias Harris has got to rebound strong and play better D against Alex Tyus. Harris has not played well the past 2 times we have played against UF and I think that changes tonight. Also, it would be nice for Tatum to step up because UF doesn't have wing players to guard him or Hopson, Parsons is too slow on the perimeter defensively.

I hope this team just has a different mentality come tournament time. They may be able to knock out the distractions better and focus on actually winning each game one at a time.

florida 83-69. I just do not have any faith in two guys being able to carry a team. Now if Tatum some how comes out of his "funk" and scores 15, we have a chance.

3:20 scoreless

Honestly I don't think UF is that much better a team than UT, but with the extra day off I do think UT might run into fatigue problems midway through the second half.
