Utah State bet vs Bama Fan

I need volnation opinion. I have a Bama fan that is on me everyday about Tennessee getting beat by Utah St. Like a normal Bama fan he won't take Utah St. straight up.

He wants me to bet on emotion and back my team. He says he's giving me UT -7 if I want to take the bet.

Volnation, give me your thoughts. Why take it or why not? Give me your reasons why or why not. I'm looking forward to you guys helping me put this guy in his place.

If that's a poor bet and you wouldn't make it, give me a counter offer.

UT, opening night, in Neyland....what are you afraid of?

If you're truly a UT fan, why wouldn't you take this bet?

Take the bet. As said, it's at neyland and home opener. We also have superior athletes which typically wins out.

USU may lose this game, but we rarely get blown out even by teams with superior talent than us.

I try to keep from putting money on Tennessee, ever. And betting lines a lot I know 7 means a lot more than 6....

But if you guys are taking my fan card unless I take the bet.... I guess there's no other choice

He didn't say UT would blow out USU with superior athletes. He said:

It is a home game and UT has superior athletes. Both of those factors and still, USU rarely gets blown out. Offering some perspective, if I'm a Tennessee fan I like the bet though.

Betting on your team is always a bad idea. Getting pressured in to it by a bunch of guys on a message board that you don't even know is a horrible idea. Go with whatever your gut says.

we are going to crush Utah...I think they might have one 3 star on their entire team.

yes they are well coached and do well in their own conference...but this is the SEC and we are Tennessee.

Tell your bama friend ill take the bet if you don't want to. I mean I would hate to take the deed to his trailer and his rusted arse car with roll tide spray painted on the trunk. But it could be fun to watch them both burn.

Ask him if you can parlay it wih the O/U for how many consensual tea bags between two dudes happen at bama tailgates

Money. We are actually doing a bet per week for the entire season. It doesn't have to involve either of our teams.

So if I can beat him consistently I could take a lot of money from him this year. Of course if I'm right half the time it's like we didn't bet at all.

Look up WKU last year and see how many 3 stars they had. Stars are irrelevant. But, I agree. I think we win by 2+ tds.
