Another rule with good intentions, but poor execution. Teams should get a 15-yd penalty for 1st "targeting" flag (as a warning), then kicked out for the next. Instant replay refs SHOULD NOT be the ones who decide if it's targeting. That penalty should only come from on-the-field calls. $h1t looks different when you're up in a booth viewing it in slow-mo.

It's dumb that they are required to leave the sidelines too. IMO that is going a step too far.

I don't know. The only uniform I remember with a saying on the back were Vandy's uniforms with "Anchor Down" in black lettering. Utah may have had one like you mentioned. It's hard to keep up with all the alternates and design changes teams do now days.
