Just saw that they do all get trucks, but it’s a six month lease. Still pretty cool, but I’m not sure what happens after the initial lease. I’m assuming they wouldn’t take them away it the player is still eligible

It says the lease is renewable if the player is still on the team but it also says the dealer can sell the trucks after a year, so it kind of sounds like they're going to try this for a year.

With resale on a labeled NIL UU truck probably being better than a normal truck (kind of a "limited edition" vanity model,) they may be able to cut the NIL costs via reselling them to make it not so costly, but it's still a big initial NIL spend.

They said they're also covering insurance on the trucks which seems odd because some college kids have very questionable driving records and may be tough to insure for a $60k truck. I'm betting the "ownership" of the truck is in a very gray area.
