Conference affiliation matters very little in CBB. Look at Western KY last year. Memphis is a pretty solid team, they are down a little but so are we.

We are going to lose a few here and there, because we have a basketball coach who actually schedules quality OOC competition with regularity. That's how we have a Top 20 RPI despite 6 losses.
