I was discussing this with my Pop last Saturday before the Wichita State game.

Does anybody else feel like that when you are watching the upper echelon of college basketball, it's like witnessing a dogfight firsthand between advanced military aircraft?

Yet, when we watch Tennessee play ANYBODY, it's like a fist fight in a trench in WWII.

Odd analogies, I know. It seemed to make sense at the time. :)

Yeah it is hard to watch, kind of like modern family or that lame Nashville show.

This may even be a historic first! How in the heck do you not win with that? Throw in the fact the lineup is 3 seniors and 2 juniors and it only leaves one answer!

By the way, have you ever seen a major college team refuse to slip some zone in once in a while to stop momentum even when foul trouble arises inside or the other team is conatantly driving by the defense?

Come on now, that would require an in game adjustment.:)

The only adjustments CCM makes is what time the game tape will be reviewed and when the players can come in the gym and work on their game on their own.

Does UT even have an offensive style? I can't figure out what they are doing on offense over 50% of the time.

I hope I'm not the only one that remembers Martin saying that in Year 1, the offense was going to be very basic because it was a complex system to run and they would install more of it in year 2. Well, in year 3, I see NO difference at all.

Too much talent on this team to have them playing this poorly. It's all on coaching. The offense is a complete joke. They just stand around. There's little to no movement in it at all. I can't watch it anymore. Basketball is such a great beautiful sport and the way we play it is disgraceful.

I watched Band of Brothers. They were in trenches...or bomb craters. Either way, I qualified the statement by saying it was a weird analogy. :)

I went in Wal Mart the other night and seen that whole disc set for 19.99. I baught it for my papaw when it first came out and paid 110 bucks. Ridiculous. GREAT series though!

I'm just ready to see CCM gone. We have had a tournament team every year he has been here and his coaching has blew it. I'm not one for letting a coach go in the middle of the season but I think if I was Hart I would pull the plug on him and get a head start on looking for another coach
