UTTix problem

I am attempting to buy tickets for the Vandy game but when I go to the website it gives me the graphic of the stadium and when I try to click on the seats nothing happens. The website is also moving at the speed of smell when I have the graphic up. No wonder they have a hard time selling tickets.:banghead2:

Hear they hired CGI Federal to build their website right before they built the ACA websites for the gov't.

I have used their site many times and find it much better than Stubhub. Maybe high volume, but I have had no problems. When you click on the section of seats, it should go to a seat chart where you can navigate to find the exact seats that are available and their cost.

try a different browser. I have trouble with google chrome but no trouble with firefox.

FYI, I tried it on Firefox and it worked fine but would not work IE for nothing

Website always works great for me. Just call the ticket office. They're usually very helpful.

I haven't had much luck with uttix.com either. Most of the people at the tkt office are helpful, give them a call or try uttix.com on a different computer.

As I posted earlier it was a browser issue. Would not work well with internet explorer but worked fine with Firefox. If anybody else runs in to this I would suggest trying a different browser

Just ordered my tickets for the vandy game on march first. Me and my girlfriend made our first trip ever to Thompson boling for the alabama game and loved every minute of it. We have center court upper deck section 321 and personally I think it's some of the best seats in the house. Can't wait to watch counzo and the vols put the beat down on vandy, hope its a sell out with a hostile environment. GBO!!!!

I would call the ticket office they will be more than happy to take care of you. That's what I've always done in the past and it worked out fine.Good luck. GO VOLS!
