This kid is LITERALLY from the sticks. There are ZERO big schools in Northumberland Co. It's still very sparcely populated. In the Northern Neck part of VA which is basically fishing, crabbing and oyster beds. I would bet that this kid MAY BE the highest rated recruit to ever come out of that area.
