True if they can pull it off , not much of a bonus to be had when you can’t get but two nurses staffed on an icu unit because you can only pull so many hours until you burn out .

There’s only two things you pay attention to , the Where and the $$$ amount they offer . You always negotiate the contract , if they offer x amount you tell them that you want more or have them give you this perk or that one . The demand right now is insane for an experienced ICU nurse .

You do realize that it is not an antigenic match for the new strain, right? This literally makes as much sense as it would have to give more flu boosters of the old shot during the H1N1 pandemic.

There’s a vaccine coming that targets Omni.
Should be ready by March.

We are becoming pin cushions. Who knows the long term effects on our IS's and how it would fight all these mutations.

I mentioned it the other day...is even the Flu shoot proving effective or actually making things worse long term.
