Vaccine or not?

So…at Gastro with the red women today and we we’re going over things. The Fauci man came up. The Dr was saying that There is plenty of proof the Fauci man was working with the lab on development of things like Covid 19. He was saying how surprised he was after Faucis career with HIV research and all the things he’s done with infectious diseases. He just couldn’t grasp what Faucis motivation might be.
I said “it’s munchausen by proxy, he’s spent his entire career preparing for it so he needed a pandemic. He created one to fill his need”. I was joking but the Dr got up left the room and came back with 2 of his partners. He told me “say that again”.

I was joking but now that I’ve thought about it a while….. I think I might be on to something.

So my wife has Covid again, I have it and so do a couple coworkers who are vaccinated. The 2 coworkers and I basically had the same track. Minor symptoms, pretty much done in 5-6 days. My wife got a little more severe symptoms but it’s similar to when she got it the first time and looks to be on tracks for about 5-6 days as well. So basically natural immunity was the same as the vaccine, even with a booster.

Fauci 2012
“In an unlikely but conceivable turn of events, what if that scientist becomes infected with the virus, which leads to an outbreak and ultimately triggers a pandemic? Many ask reasonable questions: given the possibility of such a scenario – however remote – should the initial experiments have been performed and/or published in the first place, and what were the processes involved in this decision? Scientists working in this field might say – as indeed I have said – that the benefits of such experiments and the resulting knowledge outweigh the risks.”

I'm not ready to go down that road. But I do think that it was a accidental leak and he has been involved in trying to cover his azz.

He likes being out front too much.
Being on the news.
He enjoys talking about how many are dying a little too much. That has bothered me from the beginning
You've got me thinking... can two things be true at the same time? On the one hand, I think he was involved in a cover up and has been on a misinformation campaign. But, I also have the opinion that the guy is finally relevant and is getting his moment in the sun (with the general public). I think he's just soaking it up.

But would a guy that I think is involved in a cover up still draw attention to himself in the manner he does and not expect to have more scrutiny and doubtful eyes watching him? Most people in a cover up would probably be trying to lay low.

Or
Claim that people are trying to bring him down and discredit the information if it does come out while trying to cover it up.
Either way he loves being in the limelight. Who had heard of Fauci man before the pandemic

I have never entertained the idea that Fauci is the fireman that is out here secretly starting fires. I'm cynical about a lot of things, but it never crossed my mind with him that he would jeopardize millions in order to get an ego boost in his late 70s/early 80s.

Read the quote from him I posted above. He absolutely knew the risks of the research he was supporting. I don’t think this was planned, but he’s not surprised it happened.

You do realize that it is not an antigenic match for the new strain, right? This literally makes as much sense as it would have to give more flu boosters of the old shot during the H1N1 pandemic.

*******

Two more family friends with CV today, both vaccinated. That's 17 in a row.
Right now if you are unvaccinated you are 17 x's more likely to be hospitalized and 20x's more likely to die, 70% of hospitalized people with covid in Georgia are unvaccinated.

Vaccines are definitely helpful in preventing severe illness and death in at risk populations. Is Georgia separating positive hospital Covid cases between “with/from” like NY and others yet??

Still at least 40% locally are incidental positives. I saw a report from Cali that put their number at 70%.
