Vaccine or not?

He was right about not shutting down. It's not needed now either

He was right about pushing monoclonal antibody treatment. So right that the feds took it away as punishment
You missed the point and went off in a different direction, but that’s okay. I’m curious, What do you think of Trump attacking DeSantis now?

I actually addressed the point. He pushed monoclonal antibody treatment all over the state. I don't live in a wealthy county and we had access. I know of multiple people who took advantage. It was cut off by the feds who are coincidentally now pushing the Pfizer pill. So, who is really in the pockets of the rich?

I couldn't care less about Timmy and Jimmy fighting.

DeSantis first sent life-saving meds to rich people rather than the hospitals that treat common folf? Florida sent COVID-19 therapy to a clinic before big hospitals. DeSantis is playing politics with life saving Covid treatments. He is diverting monoclonal antibodies to his cronies rather than to hospitals .

Oh come on
They got theirs in Dec and they got theirs in Jan. Maybe it was based on first order basis

But I thought we had this figured out? I thought the CDC and others knew what was going to happen. Which is why they had set rules, and didnt include any metrics to establish some sliding scale of future variants.
I have no idea what the CDC thought

I have little issue with it given how they must be taken early in the process. There were clinics all over the state and I don't any states had better access. My rural county had one not very far from my house.

They are being trained by the federal govt. These should be flooding the country yet they are not. This is not a DeSantis issue

It's funny you think this is mostly a slight on the state. The feds gave them less than what the hospitals alone need for transplants. The total supply wasnt enough for anyone, clinics or hospitals. Florida was dealt a bad hand, and the hospitals got their supply at most a month later. December vs Jan.

And the article does nothing to show how this was Desantis determining who got what.

And it also doesnt actually say the limited supply isnt be used properly or fairly. Just that it MAY not be because the hospitals they interviewed didnt get enough. Again those same hospitals wouldnt have had enough if they got the entire states supply.

Seems like the entire point of the article is to complain that Florida HAD to pick and choose. This same complaint would have been valid for someone else if the state had done what the article wants.

Differing formula? Thought it just a renamed Pizer
The media runs with that because that's what the press releases say, but if I recall correctly the approval documents state the updated timeline and a different formula.

Remember also that Pfizer adjusted the formula for the child doses of their vaccine and nobody covered that.

Lmfao I can’t believe anyone would have problems with this.

Monoclonal antibodies like almost all Covid treatments show the best results when provided within 5 days of onset.

This shows the real issue with how Covid has been (not) treated. The push by the media to do nothing until you end up in the hospital, which directly spits in the face of “the science”.

Is that official? I have been looking and not finding locally. But hadnt seen anything official.
It is not available. The kicker is that the available Pfizer vaccine remains protected against indemnification under the EUA.

Say, for instance, that we did conclude that several thousand, or several tens of thousands, people died from vaccine complications. It would not be unusual for this type of pharmaceutical injury to bring an award of several million dollars/victim. Multiply 10,000 x $10,000,000 and ask why the shadiness with the branded vaccine and the swap-a-roo....
