Vandy vs UT

Climer. :bad:

That Vandy loss today was a trap game for them. They obviously were looking past Kentucky to us.

They should have been too...They got screwed out of that game......their only motivation for our game is knocking us out of bowl eligibility.....That's enough for them to want to beat us right there too...Don't think it will happen though

Thank goodness I'm not the only one. He's really enjoyed our season, y'know?

That means WE will be their bowl game. Wonderful. As many points as they can put on the board we better not look past them to a bowl game.

Don't think for a second that Vandy won't be up for this game. We are always their bowl game.

They took us to the wire last year, and they didn't have a bowl game on the line then.

They can score. We can't. We're gonna have to get them to turn the ball over multiple times to win this game, I'm afraid.

Like him or not at least he is not a slapnut in CPF's pocket like those clowns at KNS.

Climer can be grating, but he tells it like it is. I think it is refreshing. Seems like the Tennessean is willing to push for necessary changes when the situation requires.

No. David Climer calls a spade a spade unlike the KNS homers like that Fulmer brown-noser Mike Griffith!! :shades:

Most of the Tennessean writers are great. I like Biddle and Low and Woody, but Climer is an a$$hole with a personal agenda against UT. :twocents:

No, David Climer hates CPF and dosn't mind letting you know it. He is a Johnny Majors boy, and he takes every chance he gets to take shots at Fulmer.

CPF gives him plenty of ammunition.

Maybe it is personal, I don't know. He does manage point every failure back into Fulmer's direction. IMO Climer is usually right on the money.

The real point is that KNS is in Fulmers back pocket. Mike Griffith, a long lost relative of the Clausens, gave QB's a B- for their performance yesterday. I just wonder what team the KNS is covering sometimes.

Low is great.

climer is a jerk- off 90% of the time. what did he say anyway?

i think our offense will run over vandy this year. and our d will do just fine against the "golden boy".

Vandy matches up good with UT, they have a future NFL qb and a good passing game. UT's pass defense is occasionally suspect.

If Vandy scores more then 24 points I say we lose. I just dont see this offense putting up more then 24 points. Maybe with Clausen and Foster healthy, we can score more then we have all year.

Lexvol, I agree the KNS is in the UT football program's backpocket, not necessarily Phil's though (although there may be room)......with that said, Climer is a piece of crap. Look at any article referring to UT football and it is consistently cynical...

I also don't mind if a writer is critical of the program, but when they are ALWAYS critical, there is an agenda. I am sure Climer is a big fat liberal, always hiding under his journalistic license to spread a hidden agenda.

I don't mind Climer. He tells the truth. Some of us just don't like to hear it, unfortunately.

He was all UT's crotch in the mid '90's, especially during the '98 season.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not his personal schill or anytthing, but it's not like he's making the crap up.
