I hadn't thought of that- I assumed it was our band classlessy trying to drown theirs out.

Now I've got to figure out which would irritate me more.....

Vandy had to borrow our fight song, well because they have never had a reason to play one before. That's like the French having a fight song.

If they played Rocky Top then they deserve to....they have state bragging rights and beat us in Rocky Top...of course so many others did as well. We were beat by teams from neighboring states: Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and in-state as well. Do we leave Mississippi as the only neighbor we beat or will Kentucky fall as well?

That doesn't make any sense. I don't remember the last time we've NOT been home for Christmas. You can't say this year is different than past years, because we'll be home for Christmas this time. As long as I've been in school, it's been Jan 1st or better.

THis is nitpicking, but i'm sick of hearing it from everyone.

it was a joke man chill out. lol props to volinashville i like that one. Honestly all you can do to get over this season is try to joke about it. we'll prevail but we might as well make the best of what we have.

Yeah, if he was hypersensitive about the unintended meaning of a Christmas song, commenting on his academic career would probably send him over the edge. Good thought though.

Disgracing a team?? The team celebrated with the band. It wasn't like the team gathered at midfield to crap on the logo!?!

Here's an idea . . . If you don't want the other team to celebrate - WIN THE GAME.

Vandy's band has always played the fight song of their opponent win or lose usually before the game but sometimes afterward
