...will start next year.

Downs and Worley for sure. Lane and Coleman if the freshmen don't beat them out. AJ and Tiny if they return. That's all.

We will be very experienced in 2015. That will be the year!

I don't think Worley is a lock to start not putting him down but the freshman will have had tine to grow up

I'm not sold on the notion that we will struggle next year. Despite the losses, the second year in a new system, offensively and defensively, is where you see the biggest improvement.

I'd like to see the QBs-in-waiting get some seasoning before they're no longer freshmen.

I feel the same way.

7-8 wins next year. The following year will be a different story. 2 Butch recruiting classes!

It'l be interesting to see how the tight end position shakes out next year. theres Downs of course, but weve also got Helm (#1 TE in the nation) and Wolf coming in. Also not saying this is going to happen but you have to think with all the talent at the WR position coming in, they might try Croom as a hybrid TE. i think he would strive at a position like that.

I cant wait to see Hurd after being an EE! Spring practice, summer lifting, fall practice... He might be starting or at least splitting with Lane. Hopefully our O line shapes up well because our backs will be an amzing duo next season.

Certainly better next year!

Brick by brick.

IN the off season, we will lose 4 or maybe 5 from the offensive line. We will also lose several players from the defensive line.

This season, we had to replace the q.b. and all of the receivers. Next season, we will need to replace the offensive & defensive line and the kicker....

Next season will likely end up with a 6 - 6 record, just like this season. However; in 2015, we will have an 8 win season and be in the top #25.

we will be better at every position, outside of, um, kicker. Can't believe I would've ever said that. OL won't have as much individual talent, but will be fine and will have a better understanding.

Guy has a gutsy first year as a starter and shows improvement each week as the season goes then you just drop him for his senior year? Doesn't seem very much like Butch Jones to me...

Hurd is pretty special, but I doubt he starts over lane. Lane has proven he is an SEC caliber back and runs with power. He always gets the fall forward extra yards too.

Agree completely. I think they can win 9 games next year. The passing game will be vastly improved. When North and Croom start to play fast in terms of route running guys will be running wide open. I think the oline will be fine.

I would too but, looking at the remainder of the schedule it's going to be tough to get them playing time if Worley stays healthy. Lots of tough games coming up.

Very few seniors starting next year kinda tells you how recruiting has been the last 4 years! :furious3:

Wish AJ and Tiny would stay for next year. Would make a big difference. We are still going to strugle on the O and D lines regardless. Im afraid Worley will see a lot more pressure next year and that could pose problems with our offense.

The team will be better next season. The guys that have bought into the system, which is most of the roster, will be a year older and more experienced.

On D the secondary will be better without question. At LB, AJ is likely to return and be matched up with Curt along with juco Weatherd. The young guys on the d-line are playing a lot of snaps this year and will have juco help coming. On O - Worley will be back and that is a very good thing. The younger guys will have an additional year in the system. Stronger at RB actually. Hurd over Neal even as a freshman with Lane coming back. Might even be better with Paulk over Neal. May get another RB as well. WR will be outstanding. Strong juco help with Pearson to go with stud freshmen coming in. O-line has some experienced guys ready to go in Jackson, Crowder, Kerbyson, Weisman, and juco Blair coming in. If Tiny stays all the better. People forget Branisel is getting snaps this year and Quinn is being redshirted - to go with the two studs as incoming freshmen to help Downs at TE.

at this point is it worth burning there redshirt if you can avoid it? give them some snaps vs ky jelly and they get 3 more years....hold them off, they get 4
