A side note is his own business will handle the funeral of its or one of its owners. Thankfully the family won't be strangers to this tough part of life as they've helped many a family over the years.

Touching insight in knox obit of His serving Walter Chadwick. Best part is sir Gammage is in heaven. Chadwicks unwavering faith in God after His accident was a living testimony to sir Gammage and led to his coming to Christ as well.

those teams solidified my vol for life status. Dad had done most of the work before we moved to Knoxville in 1957. BTW. Knew about him as soon as he came to UT. My grandmother was from Cedartown and she knew his family

Yes sir and well written. he won a state championship in 1963 at Cedarotwn high school and and if not for a car wreck probably would've been a great all pro player.... god speed Mr. Gammage
