I just don't understand how anyone can doubt this man. He takes all the accountability for this team, and he talks facts not excuses. He doesn't look for excuses, but solutions for this team. In a very nice way Butch pretty much is trying to say we don't have the talent to win right now, but we are trying to implement a winning mentality/discipline/mental toughness no matter what.
