Think I saw this during the Florida game just after the second FL touchdown. I was wondering if it's legal.

I know that it use to be illegal to use video of game being played. Not sure about now.
Teams use too take still shots of defensive alignment at the snap from press box and send down for offense to view.

Why would it be illegal?

Yea, I'm not sure. It just feels like it's wrong. I am looking for a ruling type of answer and hoping someone knows the rules. It just felt strange, I can see a future with video booths on the sidelines.

If you've got the technology for it, I don't see what's wrong with it.

Maybe it's an issue of having an even playing field. If you don't have the money or tech, then you are at a disadvantage. Then it comes down to rulings creating an even playing field.

They pass around tablets with video analysis on the bench all the time and have for years.
